i am very big foodie and this cake hill serves on my plate very well . it has varieties of cakes in their menu.
iorderedfrom here for home delivery. they deliver the cake on time with proper packaging.

i haveordered1 kg cake for my mother’s birthday.

as you can check the order number, i haveordered“chocolate truffle cake” worth rs.999. which costs rs.794.24 to us after discounts applied.

my brother took the delivery from my society gate as i was not at home due to some work and when i returned i found that the chocolate room has delivered two “cake of the week” worth rs.570. that too without informing to us, they haven’t call us or inform us about the same.

please check attached pics.
i want my money back as soon as possible.
shame fool for such renowned brand to treat customers like this.

inappropriate behaviour, fooled the customers.

please contact to me asap and justify.

if you are looking for a great taste i must suggest you to go there..the cake was so frest..yummy and creamy..the ambiance was good and the most important thing the place was super clean.. hygiene food ...overall good experience..
2nd experience was so bad.. i don't like the taste of cake..
3rd experience was also not good..iorderedpastry ...but the taste was so average..

i haveorderedmany times from chocolate room but after making payment, they call and tell that some items are not available and send which are available with them.if you don't have those items then why it shows while ordering
