iordereda black forest cake and it was altered in taste and was looking old on complaining neither zomato nor chocolate room persons answered satisfactory had an surprisingly awful experience

weorderedbrownie and we were served with stale one. delivery was on time but food wasn't that good unfortunately.the rates of few items should be lowered a bit so that people really feel like having it and also affording it at the same time.

i visited nanital (mall road).....there i saw this amazing place .......
ambience was awesome.... hoping to get food also tasty...
and bingo it was,iorderedred sauce pasta , pizza bbq chicken and at last waffles......
1 we vill start with pasta .....well m not that found of pasta bt i really liked there pasta.....
then came pizza and i have to say it was the best pizza i ever tasted....it not only was tasty bt also filled my tummy full...... great job ...
and at last came waffles ....waffles with different ice cream it was .....it was average ,they have to work on that.....otherwise others things were tasty ...

went there to calm down my craving for chocolate,orderedchocolate chocolate sundae, mint mojito and onion rings.

brownie in choclate sundae was not fresh, quite a hard to bite. onion rings were too oily. mint mojito was good and quite fresh.

overall, not so great experience but can b tried for other varieties.

iordereddouble chocochips frappe..and the order came out to be the worst.. there were no chocochips...worst experience i had...work on it..

i hadorderedhot chocolate. although the was good enough its packaging was the worst, hot chocolate was already spilled out when the delivery boy reached. the cup they use is of very bad quality. one cannot use the sipper lid also as if you try to drink it with the lid on your drink spills out of the sides. worst zomato delivery experience.

iordereda chocolate and a red velvet pastry. both the pastries were disgusting. the chocolate pastry was too dry and the red velvet pastry was neither red nor had velvet texture. the taste was horrible. it seemed like a black current pastry and the pastries seemed to me made 3-4 days ago .

i haveorderedhot chocolate and believe me its the worst taste i ever had. plain milk is tastes more good then this useless and waste hot chocolate.

this place serves so many chocolaty things that you will droll over. iorderedtoblerone shake which was amazing. i loved it. the service is quick.

manjalpur outlet need more improvement,it was very disappointing to get very poor quality and quantity of dead by chocolate cake and chocolate waffles which weorderedand same was gv in the best way at alkapuri outlet.....i had shared the same to the manjalpur outlet but the repond gv by staff was very disappointing and rude....😒customers have right to gv opinion... rest is upon u best of luck

worst packing, yesterday night iordered2 chocolate deserts they were packed in so worst manner that when i received it the packs were opened and deserts was spilling out in the carry bag.

newly opened place in town not worth a try not so friendly staff or i may say not interested staff they were just interested in watching tv have to call serval times for service and food weorderedchocolate sandwich and it was just raw whole brown bread with chocolate spread in it and there was some issue with chocolate it did not tasted right

we had come here for desserts. based on the waiter's recommendation, weorderednutella waffle and a chocolate pancake.
the dishes were so damn sweet!!! i can't believe they actually decorated the pancakes with lots of powdered sugar(who does that?), why would you decorate a dish with something that totally changes the taste?! both these dishes basically tasted like a pile of maida with lots of sugar.

food is good. weorderedthe fondue and liked it. service is horrible. really is a sucks. we got our fondue 30 minutes post ordering and spoons after 5 minutes of asking. spoons. the most primitive instrument of any food junction.

aurangabad is finally modernising with many new and up-to-date restaurants and cafes opening in the city. the chocolate room is one such famous franchise to step foot in the city.

located on the ground floor of the newly opened one hotel on jalna road, the cafe is not difficult to miss. it has a great welcoming ambience to it and has funky interiors which you see at all their franchises. the menu is vast with many pastas, pizzas, sandwiches and a variety of desserts ranging from waffles, pancakes, sundaes, milkshakes and even fondues. weorderedthe waffle freakshake, strawberry pancakes and the sizzling brownie. all three of the dishes were pleasing to look at and the colours were eye catching. they all tasted quite well and splashed a sweet flavour on our taste buds.

tcr is growing all around and the cafe is pocket friendly as well. the staff was courteous but the service was a tad bit on the slower side. but nonetheless, it was great to see such famous cafes opening in aurangabad. will definitely visit again soon. cheers :)
