the worst pizza that i have had in my life!
i don't know how someone can call the napolitano pizza good.
as i have heard they are supposed to begoodand this pizza was worth 50₹ or less.

although a frachise but the food is no where close to the other outlets. couldn’t even prepare agoodcup of coffee. can probably just have the desserts

i have visited this place many times and also have ordered from there.
overall always satisfied.
one point i noticed is online prices and real prices do have a difference in some items.
they increase the price online and then give discount
one thing to notice that here waffles are stick waffles and not regular waffles.
this time i got very soggy waffles and with a very weird taste otherwise they are alwaysgood.
kitkat , oreo , nutella are my favorite!

pastry here is truffle and other pastries tried before are good.
sometimes they are a bit dry though.

i must say this is the best place to full fill your sweet tooth craving . we have tried there hot chocolate, veg pizza , garlic bread and choco lava lava.
food was reallygood, though i found the place little expensive but you can give it a try for once .

good choice of desserts and specially the chocolate bomb has been their signature. you’ll find chocolate in every menu dishes. be it sandwich or pizzas. itsgoodstop for city people who have cravings for desserts. the ambiance is simple, and hygiene levels are par. a must visit. also try the garlic bread.

i am disappointed today, it wasgoodplace to be, they don't have hot coffee today so i asked for cold coffee- almond coffee, after 10min they said it's not available with us. after initialgoodopening don't know why these restaurants and cafes fail to maintain them.

we ordered brownie and we were served with stale one. delivery was on time but food wasn't thatgoodunfortunately.the rates of few items should be lowered a bit so that people really feel like having it and also affording it at the same time.

the outside of this place is not as inviting as its neighbour but the brand name is enough if you have been to one of there other outlet before. ambience inside is average with lots of notes by the diners displayed in a corner which do give this place agoodvibe. they have some realgoodmusic but does not reach the same point with food. the food is just average but when in nainital, you have very few options and this place does stand out in those few options. the menu is tacky but do have variety. don't expect a thin crust pizza here and they don't even mention the type of crust in their menu. tex mex burger is awful, please stay away from it, almost all the items look same as shown in the menu which means not too great. m&m shake was a disaster with cadbury gems instead of m&ms. the sandwiches do salvage some of their pride as they are okay. but overall this place is a must visit when in nainital. and visiting it would be the best way to judge them as well.

the concept is reallygood. paradise for all chocolate lovers but not everything on the menu is top notch. orders a hazelnut hot chocolate and it was not at all hot . was little disappointed.

went there to calm down my craving for chocolate, ordered chocolate chocolate sundae, mint mojito and onion rings.

brownie in choclate sundae was not fresh, quite a hard to bite. onion rings were too oily. mint mojito wasgoodand quite fresh.

overall, not so great experience but can b tried for other varieties.
