the chocolate room

although a frachise but thefoodis no where close to the other outlets. couldn’t even prepare a good cup of coffee. can probably just have the desserts

this room was actually full of delicious chocolates and ice creams and pancakes and waffles and cakes and pastriess.this place has a brilliant interior with perfect lightnings. this place is slightly expensive according to the mall road there. theirfoodwas yummy and the staff was polite and friendly.😊

we ordered brownie and we were served with stale one. delivery was on time butfoodwasn't that good unfortunately.the rates of few items should be lowered a bit so that people really feel like having it and also affording it at the same time.

the outside of this place is not as inviting as its neighbour but the brand name is enough if you have been to one of there other outlet before. ambience inside is average with lots of notes by the diners displayed in a corner which do give this place a good vibe. they have some real good music but does not reach the same point with food. thefoodis just average but when in nainital, you have very few options and this place does stand out in those few options. the menu is tacky but do have variety. don't expect a thin crust pizza here and they don't even mention the type of crust in their menu. tex mex burger is awful, please stay away from it, almost all the items look same as shown in the menu which means not too great. m&m shake was a disaster with cadbury gems instead of m&ms. the sandwiches do salvage some of their pride as they are okay. but overall this place is a must visit when in nainital. and visiting it would be the best way to judge them as well.

i visited nanital (mall road).....there i saw this amazing place .......
ambience was awesome.... hoping to getfoodalso tasty...
and bingo it was,i ordered red sauce pasta , pizza bbq chicken and at last waffles......
1 we vill start with pasta .....well m not that found of pasta bt i really liked there pasta.....
then came pizza and i have to say it was the best pizza i ever tasted....it not only was tasty bt also filled my tummy full...... great job ...
and at last came waffles ....waffles with different ice cream it was .....it was average ,they have to work on that.....otherwise others things were tasty ...

their pastries are decent, snacks are below average, beverages are an exception. the decoration of a platter is nice whilefoodquality lags behind.
the ambience is beautiful, although could have been more comfortable. worst thing about this place is its staff, won't understand the instructions, also the service is very slow. been here twice both the times had similar experience. tax would be charged equally on a 70 rupees vanilla wallnut roll and a 130 rupees paneer tandoori sandwich.

worst experience for consecutive 3rd time poor quality,service and not worth paying soo much. customers pay high amount at this place because they believe that they will be served with amazingfoodbut the quality is worst. 

maybe it's the expectations of the place that have made me give it a 3 star but they sure aren't what they claim to offer for the price.

thefoodisn't bad but it sure isn't great for the price. when you pay 150 for just a chocolate sandwich, you expect it to be better but i've had better in just rs 50 right here in aurangabad. the brownie was quite delicious but still didnt justify the price. i hope the ambience significantly offers more because on delivery, i don't think it's very worth the price as there better options available. i really love the packaging though. something that holds up. appearance does matter after all.

the dishes by themselves are good, but the poor and i mean extremely poor service, the waiters have no idea what are the contents or even basic understanding of the dishes being served. they don't know how to used the credit card machine, or that bills can be split. thefoodos the only thing that was good, but the service spoiled the experience

do not order the nachos. they're nothing like normal nachos, trust me.

the chocolate bomb is pretty famous. tastes just like a sizzling brownie though. the waffles are yum.

the coffee in this place is very good. same goes for the shakes. the presentation offoodis also excellent. however the place is full of house flies and the staff did not do anything to get rid of the flies

great ambience & good music will make your mood swing to happy one.foodtastes good. menu has interesting options to choose. service is quick & friendly. will recommend if asked.
