i have ordered hot chocolate and believe me its the worst taste i ever had. plain milk is tastes more good then this useless and waste hot chocolate.

the 3c sundae and choco lava cake is the yummiest of all here. the best to eat in cales is choco excess. cooperative staff and friendly ambiance. worth of the value it demands.

this place serves so many chocolaty things that you will droll over. i ordered toblerone shake which was amazing. i loved it. the service is quick.

manjalpur outlet need more improvement,it was very disappointing to get very poor quality and quantity of dead by chocolate cake and chocolate waffles which we ordered and same was gv in the best way at alkapuri outlet.....i had shared the same to the manjalpur outlet but the repond gv by staff was very disappointing and rude....😒customers have right to gv opinion... rest is upon u best of luck

their pastries are decent, snacks are below average, beverages are an exception. the decoration of a platter is nice while food quality lags behind.
the ambience is beautiful, although could have been more comfortable. worst thing about this place is its staff, won't understand the instructions, also the service is very slow. been here twice both the times had similar experience. tax would be charged equally on a 70 rupees vanilla wallnut roll and a 130 rupees paneer tandoori sandwich.

bad experience here for second time. poor service quality. we asked for the bill and it came after 40 minutes. i strongly recommend not to visit this place.

worst experience for consecutive 3rd time poor quality,service and not worth paying soo much. customers pay high amount at this place because they believe that they will be served with amazing food but the quality is worst.

worst experience ,the managers have no sense for guest relations. these guys really need to work on how to treat and serve the guest or else the place will shut down in no time ! worst place i have ever been to.

loved it...😘...it is too much delicious..i think gonna become diabetic one day..😂..but what to do...? i cant control myself..❤but the chocolate room is my first and last choice forever...

a little below expectation in terms of the choice of menu available
since its named the chocolate room i was expecting a lot more chocolate based desserts
the ambience is great and location is very convenient

maybe it's the expectations of the place that have made me give it a 3 star but they sure aren't what they claim to offer for the price.

the food isn't bad but it sure isn't great for the price. when you pay 150 for just a chocolate sandwich, you expect it to be better but i've had better in just rs 50 right here in aurangabad. the brownie was quite delicious but still didnt justify the price. i hope the ambience significantly offers more because on delivery, i don't think it's very worth the price as there better options available. i really love the packaging though. something that holds up. appearance does matter after all.

first of all the ambience! thought it looks too catchy bt it's full of mosquitoes and flies.... well i tried garlic bread and it was no different... panino was okay okay! nothing different taste. finally we tried the sizzling brownie which was not much impressive. i felt it wa too less for the amount paid. also i felt tht brownie was burnt a bit... and the ice-cream was too much for the size of the brownie! overall overly priced with normal tasting food! nothing great to rave about this place!

this place is very nice ambience.. only issue the service it feels like sitting in garden no one looks bothered if we occupy table.. rest chocolate bomb is worth a try!! also dont understand how they are charging gst at 18%..

worst packing, yesterday night i ordered 2 chocolate deserts they were packed in so worst manner that when i received it the packs were opened and deserts was spilling out in the carry bag.

if u love chocolate this is the place for u.
we had
eskimo waffle
it was crisp and filled with chocolate with a perfect balance served with chocolate and vanilla scoops
surprise bomb
we got a sizzling brownie as a surprise and the whole process of melting the chocolate sphere was fun
