the cheesecake factory at westfield annapolis

stay away from cheesecake factory in annapolis. this location is the worst cheesecake location i have ever been to the food is not the quality i am used to at your locations and the service was not up to par . i ordered the shrimp and crab won tons the shrimp was very small and the wontons was over cooked . the jamaica chicken and shrimp dish was ok but the beans were cold and the rice was undercooked . the turkey came with no cheese as requested the server returned the sandwich to the kitchen to return with a hot plate in which the kitchen heated not only the cheese but the mayo , lettuce and tomatoe were hot also the bread was chewy .this is unacceptable for the cheesecake factory i am a flight attendant and have visited several locations as was pleased with the service . i will never visit this location again
