i usually don't like loud crowded & glamours pubs but ain't a fan of cold dark lonely lounge corners either, the cellar somewhat felt, landed in the middle. a place to sit back, relax in a nice ancient sports club kinda ambiance to catch up with friends over a couple of drinks.
not having choices of bourbon was a bit turn off since i enjoy the taste of american whiskey in the evenings but that feeling was quickly washed off by the scotch and the tasty crispy chicken chilly, though they can improve on snacks choices as well.
"music/dfloor" is done separately, giving you enough to effortlessly enjoy a little chat with friends, while feeling the beats. however, the biggest put off could be, by the time you warm up, they will start closing down. yeah! somewhere 11:30 pm - what a waste!
