the brewmaster - arista hotel

we were a group of 4...went there on a weekday. the ambience is lavish but sitting seems ill planned and cluttered with varoius cramped seating zones. coming to the main thing, food was also below average and even more than half the items on the bar menu were unavailable...

wonderful decor and open air restaurant but their drinks and food never satisfied my taste buds. have tried once with colleagues and once with some friends. may be the open air restaurant makes us go their but otherwise you need to improve upon your food. the live band we had that day was pathetic. the singer literally made us cry. lolz

we had a ‘oh so delicious !’ main course meal at #jashan which included:

🔸murgh lajawab
🔹gost bell ram
🔸paneer lababdar
🔹sabnam palak
🔸subz e bahar
🔹dal makhani

and in rice we had-
🔸dum murgh biryani
🔹lemon butter rice

plus assorted indian breads.

desserts :
‘mirchi ka halwa’, ‘’lasuni kheer’ and baked gulab jamun.
🌟mirchi ka halwa was a super hit, you would imagine it to taste somewhat like a mirchi, but no it’s a dessert and that too a very well experimented and successful one.
🌟baked gulab jamun were delicious too.
lasuni kheer was not so a dessert for me ‘cause it was the garlic dominating the sweetness of the kheer. so a no-no for me.
rest they serve some great variety of food and drinks. a perfect party place with very reasonable rates.
great ambience and super service.
over all, a place worth going to.
the whole meal was served very well, tasteful and most importantly a quality food. you will definitely love it ! go try it.

jashan has recently renovated their interior and seatings , this place has a delightful ambience , its a roof-top lounge bar👌👍

do not judge this place as its located on the outskirts , rather it has a very good ambience as we can see in the hotels of chandigarh , perfect place for kitty parties , get togethers and family dine in..

they have the option of live band , which makes it feel good while eating 😊😊

arista hotel is like a lotus flower in dul lake; just don’t underrate the hotel knowing its in the suburbs. located just few meters away from the highway is easy to locate and has ample parking place. 

the roof top lounge and bar jashan (punjabi word meaning celebration) the place lives up to its name it’s lively, vibrant and inviting. the colorful use of flowers, white furniture gives u a perfect lounge feel in the morning; bold use of led’s transforms it to a bar cum open club in the night. huge terrace area best fit for large gatherings. they even host live band performances and special festival events which are a must to look into to plan a visit. it’s a good place for small celebrations and kitty parties. 

now, let’s dig in:-

malai broccoli tikka - the broccoli was perfectly blanched then grilled the cheese nicely coats the dish. creamy and crispy.

stuffed tangri kebab – just wow, the presentation is top on, tangri chicken with minced meat inside.

funky fish – perfect cooked crispy fish, filled deep fried served with tartar sauce.

chicken jackson- highly recommended, probably name after the famous mickle jackson. crispy chicken from inside with minced chicken inside mildly spiced, with some sauce on it.

sikandari raan – or may be sharabi raan  , mutton cooked with a bunch of spices , finished with 2 pegs of alcohol served on a sizzler platter with flames over it , perfect showmanship to turn eyes towards u.

veg salt and pepper – crispy assorted veggies, best with drinks for veggies.
 

dahi ke kabab- deep fried bread coating and filled with dahi and panner , mildly spiced .

mushroom duplex – bite sized mushroom deep fried with a toothpick and cheese, soft and cheesy.
 

tandoori meetha aloo – getting the street fav food shakarkandi , cooking in a tandoor , perfect balance of sweet and tangy .
 

soup:–

born garlic soup – flavorsome soup with balls of chicken perfectly cooked

main course:–

murg lajawab , gost beli ram , paneer lababdar , sabnam palak , subz e bahar , dal makhani , dum murg biryani , lemon butter rice .

the main course was outstanding, creamy gravy, well cooked meat, fresh veggies, loved it to the core.

desserts: – pan kulfi , baked gulab jamun , mirchi ka halwa , lasooni kheer . desserts are decent but still room for improvement.

this lounge is on-the-top of the hotel arista and is one of the happening place of town. we were staying at hotel arista when we knew about it. that day they had a live band performance and after that there was dj night. it was lively out there, the lounge is open and if the weather is good you will enjoy your evening much more.

we ordered here arista special non-veg platter which had a variety of chicken and fish and each and every piece of it was delicious.

we also ordered veg pizza and the pizza had a nice soft base and was full of veggies. pizza was nicely made and was loved by each one of us.

i got a chance to visit jashan lounge and bar at arista hotel for b'day celebrations🎉🎉i really like ambience ,food ,service ,presentation,gathering and staff . its best place in this area to go to celebration and enjoy the day fully ❤️
🔷just only need to slow down the volume of music to lil extent.

the other things were amazing established. a big 🤚 for such a beautiful place.

feel of the place is awesome, none in the near vicinity competes with it. the music, place to dance, all make it happening. food is good too.

best in service..serves warm and fresh food..better than 80% of buffets..friendly environment..staff is well trained and one can enjoy..😋😋😋😋

this is a roof top restaurant and bar with an amazing ambiance. absolutely loving... they have live music however it starts from 9pm. in case you want to hear live music go around 9 pm.
the waiters are lovely people being very polite and courteous.
coming to the main part food.. their service is quite fast and the food was lip smacking. paneer tikka lababdar was rich in gravy and quantity was also decent enough.
the restaurant is absolute value for money in terms of food, service as well as ambiance.

location is very good . it's food is also very tasty . nice location to hangout with friends or family. birthday parties are also there. nice stuff

one thing i absolutely loved about this place is the ambience. with a rooftop setup, some fancy lighting, nice music and funky furniture all adds to a perfect ambience and creates a nice environment. now comes to the food which is equally good also, we ordered malai broccoli kofta and paneer tikka lababdar along with butter naan. both the dishes were very good in taste and quantity is more than sufficient.

update-- not a family dinning place anymore, environment is more suitable for bachelors who drink.

once i visited in hotel arista the ambiance  food and service quality was awesome  specially dahi ke kebab so now i have decide visit again and again to this place

a descent hotel opened in kharar recently. its lounge is one of its main attraction. tried it today and here are my ratings
