review title?. lousy, dried tacos. waitresses more involved with showing each other their videos on phones. not interested at all about service. bad choice on my part to waste my time and money. should've gone across the street to carlsbad instead. stay away from the blind pig

what a find thanks to reviewers. love, love the shrimp and corn tamale. don't waste your time on desserts. that's not their thing.

on the fence, leaning towards liking. i was actually slightly disappointed considering the high rating via urban spoon. the corn tamale (an oft mentioned dish) was tasty, but oh so very tiny. and i am not exactly a long haul truck driver in my expectation of portion size. the short rib was good, but certainly not fork tender like you would expect in a restaurant touting itself as meat/bbq oriented. knife required. the food we had was good. period. not great. servers were very attentive. my water glass never got below half empty (or half full for those optimists out there).

wasn't the mexican food i was looking for. this place isn't traditional mexican comfort food but tries to have a little twist. the food was fine but not exciting to me and the drink i ordered also wasn't special. this wasn't what i was looking for when i came to phoenix and it didn't stand out to me for what it was either.

we happened upyn this place and were blown away by the excellent food, friendly service and the beautiful butcher case. can't wait to try the whole menu and cook the meat we picked up on our way out. do yourself a favor and stop in! you won't be disappointed!

cool little place next to uncle sals, on cool nights the patio by the fountain in awesome. friendly bar. i really enjoyed the mushroom quesadilla.

hidden treasure!. love this new place, cozy, fairly price and great food. you will not find better beef anywhere in scottsdale, excellent service , try the lunch, i think you will love it here!
