darpan had served us really well. good food, good service, ambiance is very good,i would recommend to visit this place.

bad service and too many mosquitoes. management and staff has too much attitude towards customers, not friendly at all

highly recommended. make sure to ask for gopal. he's ensures highest quality of service. makes sure your drinks are always full recommends the best dishes.

went on a thursday evening. it's a large area but it was pretty crowded.

food- 4/5

tried the peri peri fries, cheese balls, pesto pasta and a classic veg pizza (probably farmhouse).

if you're taking a pizza, please be informed that if you order the smaller of the two options, you will get one big slice of the pizza only.


service- 3/5

had to wait more than half an hour for a glass of wine. we had to make multiple requests for ice, cutlery etc.


ambience- 3/5

if you get a table around the water body, you'll be lucky. the rest of the areas are very badly ventilated. we, and most of the customers from the other tables were sweating by the end of our time there.
also, the place is extremely loud at all places. you'll have to shout to get your point across to the person sitting next to you.

food is ok and drinks are ok could have been better

gopal is very brilliant in service & offering some very nice food menu.his service is very epitome of beauty & customer delight.

the server gopal was very good in serving us. he helped us with the menu and discounts that we can avail. it was our 1st anniversary celebration, couldn't have asked for a better place or delivery ❤️

called them an hour ago enquiring how much the waiting time would be. they said it won’t be more than 10 minutes. had to wait for 30 minutes and even after than i had to call them repeatedly when they finally gave us a table. service was really slow. every food item we ordered had to be enquired about multiple times. if you cannot cater to your guests, reduce the seating capacity because you definitely don’t have enough service staff right now.

food is just average, ambience is very nice. and i dont know why some restaurants still charging service charge even if we are not ready to pay that ! dont they know about the rules after gst implementation? or are they just looting us ?

five of us visited bier library on a sunday afternoon. the place was reasonably busy; however, we were able to get a nice seat next to the water body without any waiting. also, they provide highchair which came in handy for our baby. the vibe of the place is nice, n they were playing good old 80s-90s music (pink floyd n all).

for starters, we ordered loaded nachos grand and corn cheese balls. the nachos had home-made crisp with minimal toppings, it was neither loaded nor grand. it was really disappointing. the corn cheese balls were really good though, with some spinach added to the mix as well.

we also got 4 mocktails, n all were good in taste n presentation. the best among them was raspberry lemonade.

for main course, we ordered linguria pizza, which was the worst pizza we have ever had. it was full of spinach. even the sun-dried tomatoes were completely dry n chewy. all of us ended up leaving it after a few bites.

so, we ordered paneer patiala with naan n kulcha, which were really good.

finally, we got basque cheesecake, which was reasonably well prepared.

so overall it was a mixed experience.

my request to the chef and/pr manager of the bier library is to please look into the loaded nachos grand veg and liguria pizza, n fix them. both those dishes require major work.
