the heritage
the menu card had very limited options. even then parotha & biryani was not available. ordered sweet corn soup but got hot & sour instead . then ordered korma which tasted bland and had a jaundiced look. ordered papad & filter coffee which took forever to come . disappointed with the delay and quality , we left . it wasn’t worth it .

very bad experience. stale food...unresponsive and careless staff. he gave spoiled curd and stale bread. pathetic experience. wouldn't recommend to eat or stay here

for a five star hotel and pricing the service and taste is not upto the mark. very slow service, and continental food isnt good, definitely not for the price.

enjoyed the buffet breakfast here! with freshly made dosa on order and specialities like kerala bonda and semiya kesari, you can't go wrong here!

place to enjoy the ambience.. forget the food/taste. nothing unique.. u can taste a better version of same foods in other parts of madurai.. the management can think about adding continental foods

the restaurant ambience and food is awesome and they also serve liquor in restaurant too
and mr.praveen kumar person who served us was so polite and he handled everything with good care
