we've been happily going to thai soon for many years. when several years ago it was sold, the quality of the food has remained stellar, but the dining room service and cleanliness have gone down the tubes. the  waitress now, 1/2018, tried hard bless her, but she gets overloaded, seldom does kitchen staff come out to help. wait times after ordering are huge, food is not always coming out together, and water for spicy dishes is seldom refilled at all, or in time.  bathrooms and hallway to them are often filthy for dinner hour. we've gone now to take out only, the food is still great. no more dining in there.

a less than an average thai restaurant...we just decided to try it out.. much to our disappointment, the food was average.. the yellow curry was bland n watery..the flat house noodle was better but not great.. since the place is small there is not much of an ambience.. the waiters aren't very helpful either..i d skip this place anyday

this local eatery serves up fresh thai dishes every time we visit. the corn fritters appetizer with sweet and sour dipping sauce is my all-time favorite! i also love their pad thai noodles with crushed peanuts on top. the only down side to this place is that it is a bit small and tables are close together.

quiet place. very clean. service was wonderful. the selection of food is amazing. the spring rolls are light and crisp. this is the best thai food i have ever eaten.

terrific thai. excellent flavors and great selection to choose from. the dishes actually had nice heat, many thai places back down for the masses but that's not real thai! they will customize a dish heat wise but try it the way it's meant to be served, you might be glad you did. still too hot? get a delishous thai tea to cool it down!

solid thai food. man, how many thai restaurants are there in dfw? well... a ton. this is one of the better ones. i've come here intermiittently for 10+ years and it has never disappointed.

i've been many times. the last few times the service was bad and the food was not the best. i'll have to think twice next time i want thai or just go to another where i know service and food will be good.

iittle gem. i've been eating at thai soon for over 10 years, even at their previous location. the food is consistently great and the portions are much larger then other thai places for the price. i've probably eaten at every thai restaurant in dallas/plano/richardson and no place beats thai soon's flavorful dishes. the restaurant is small and family owed and you can taste the love in the food. the food is made fresh when ordered so it may take a few more minutes but if you wanted fast food, there's a mcdonald's next to the complex.

eat here now!. go! don't think, just go. even if you just ate, it's that good!

big portions (2 people can eat off of one plate), wonderful service, and most importantly flavorful flavorful dishes.

just go. get the pad thai. it's good. if you go with 2 people, get 1 entree and a desert and share it.

small place, big flavor. i don't eat thai food frequently, but their spinach flat noodle at lunch is my favorite. hearty portions, fast service, cozy place. worth checking out if you've never had thai before!

i love thai soon. best thai place in dallas!!!! they have a great variety and great portions for sure! they always have fresh vegetables and a great variety of sea food! the food is consistent so no surprises when it comes to taste. for the amount they give you and quality of food, the price is great. i know other thai places that charge about $15 for the same dinner meal.

love it!. this is one of my favorite places to eat. it is really small, and there is no ac, but the food makes up for it. i love the pad woon sen and the mango sticky rice. portions are huge and the service is friendly, but other diners talking loudly can easily ruin your dining experience because of the restaurant's small size.

big portions, great price. my husband and i order thai soon about once every two weeks. we typically share the vegeterian eggrolls and the chicken pad thai. the cucumber sauce that comes with the eggrolls is incredible. even though we shre the entree, we always have leftovers for the next day. the food is delicious, and very well-priced

i don't like to be rushed when eating. although i understand business now days are a bit slow or whatever, i was basically asked to leave so someone else could take my table when i wasn't even done. not only that, but i was order a meal with mild level spicy sauce and they brought me firy food, then when i asked my server to replace it, she said i had to pay first. so, i said whatever i have two people on their way to meet me here so bring me something less spicy and she said if you don't like it, then wait, but we need the table for other customers. soooo, i was soooooo angry. i don't understand why they don't get a bigger place if they get busy during lunch in a little place where you can only fit 4 tables instead they put 10 tables so that place is crowded very uncomfortable to fit.
