really, really good!!!. i'm from the east coast and so far i've hated the thai food in texas until this weekend. the food here was excellent, i was very impressed!!! the vegetables were all fresh; everything from the soup to the egg rolls to the entrée had lots of flavor. if you are in the mckinney area i highly recommend thai pan, this is now my new favorite place. oh one more thing, its byob... it can't get much better than that

literally one of the best thai restaurants i have ever had the pleasure to eat at and i travel a great deal. the pad kee mao is truly phenomenal and they have a fantastic tom yum gai soup as well. the music is also very inviting and the staff is superb! 5 out of 5 stars from me!

i'm glad alot of people write really great reviews about this place, but it was very misleading. i order delivery from here today and paid over $6.00 in mandatory delivery charges. then the food got here and the peanut sauce for my appetizer was very watered down. then my entree a curry was very watered down also and had a think line of oil coating the top of the curry about half a inch.

it's decent but not a wow on my list. the place is clean, and the service is good. it's better thai food than most places in the area, but it isn't going to blow you away with the flavor.

love this place. if you want the best thai food in mc kinney or allen, thai pan is the best. i have been eating here since they opened and never been disappointed. it is by far better than any thai place you have been to.

best panang!. the food is especially good and worth the price. the lunch menu is pretty cheap served with soup or salad. i went with a friend who has spend some time in thailand. the wait staff is friendly and attentive in a quiet respectful manner. we will be back!

great little restaurant behind olive garden. i eat here often for lunch. most days it's not very busy but this isn't because the food is bad. everything i've ordered has been very good. i've brought several people and they all really liked it. the chicken with peanut sauce is my favorite but it's all very good.

truly deserving of support. lunch here is a delight; their massamun curry is absolutely wonderful and with the spring roll and the chillled salad one of the top "bargain" lunches in town. and, service is efficient, quick, and inobtrusive.

good food... thai pan is the best thai in mc kinney, great food and friendly service. i have been going here since they opened, every time i walk in they welcome me like family.
this is what i order

chicken satay.
papaya salad.
pad grapow chicken.
pad kee mow chicken.
sweet rice with mango

byob and no cork fee, give this place a try and you'll be coming back for more.

i've gone there three times: when it first open, a few months later, then just a few days ago for dinner. i had the chicken panang curry, which i normally share with my husband, and still have leftover. however, there was mostly sauce, and maybe 3/4 cup of chicken. the pad prik kring (green beans with chicken in a brown sauce) had a few chicken, but you really had to search for it. i've been a longtime patron of the thai pan allen, which is much better! you get larger portions, better flavoring, and friendlier service in allen...it's a good thing i didn't show my groupon now coupon when i first sat down, or else my portion may have been even smaller!!! i will not be returning to thai pan mckinney.

delicious! one of the best tom yum and tom kha soups i've had! nice staff. only downfall is poor kitchen ventilation so room was smoky, but it was worth it.

the food was heavenly and the waitresses are all angels! my family have been coming here for months now and each trip there is always like our first. the owner is extremely nice not only to my wife and i but also all the kids...she never lets them leave without a sucker in hand. the best place ever!!!

my favorite thai. this is my favorite thai restaurant ever. i go to thai pan with my family all the time. try the corn patties, pad thai chicken, and hawaii fried rice shrimp yum!. i'm getting hungry even writing this.

one of our go-to places. we love thai food. we love thai pan. of all the places in the area, we go here more than any other places. everything that we have tried here has been awesome. my husband loves his food extra spicy, and they are very good about doing that for him. we love their tom yum and the basil dish. i love that they give shrimp chips like mexican places give tortilla chips. i love the summer rolls and the thai egg rolls. the place is small and cozy, and the owner is always there. the service has always been good every time we have gone, but we frequent it quite a bit. they know us well, so they already know what we like. the prices are very reasonable, too.
