decent bar food, indifferent service. this is basically a dressed up southie dive bar with nice wood paneling and flat screen televisions everywhere. unfriendly, indifferent service and brutal acoustics combine for an unpleasant dining experience although i must say the food was actually pretty good. the jumbo buffalo wings were indeed quite huge, tossed in a very mild buffalo sauce and having a nice crunch to the skin. the fried mozzarella was nice too - little balls of melted cheese wrapped in a breadcrumb crust. they were out of the chicken pot pie that i wanted, but my pumpkin ravioli were a tasty replacement - filling was sweet with a strong pumpkin flavor. probably a great place to hang out and watch a game on television (goodness knows there is no shortage, since every square inch of wall space has a tv on it) and a beer, but not necessarily great for a relaxing night out to eat and talk.
