good food. my husband and i ate at taqueria silva's last week and today. we had the tacos special last week and the wet burritos today. both were excellent. a lot of carry out traffic, but service was excellent for both the carry out and people in the restaurant. we will return and try different meat in both our tacos and burritos.

great food.  very fast service.  clean atmosphere.  the wet burrito is delicious.  the salsa is delicious, but does vary in heat levels day to day.

muy bueno. so so so good. this might be the best kept secret for those in the know.
fresh, and full of flavor.
the value is amazing for the quality.

i will be back every as often as possible.

cheap, clean, good!!. this clean establishment is an off the path mexican joint that is worth finding. i love it. i have not been served anything but exceptional meals here. average price? $ 5 !!!!

muy bien!. i've been visiting the shop on 18th street & cleveland, across from the us postal sorting center, since it opened, and will keep going as long as it's there! absolutely everything i've had is muy delicioso, and, as others mention, the fresh homemade salsa is incredible. the burritos are available wet (with sauce on top) or dry, and are huge, with a burst of fresh cilantro throughout. the quesadillas are actually a bit larger than i'm used to at most chain restaurants. taco tuesday is a weekly event. the meat is well seasoned, and toppings plentiful, whether you choose the traditional soft taco or the hard shell version. if you're on a short lunch, you can (and should) call ahead with your order. the owners are very active and involved in every step of production and service, and will adapt your order to suit your tastes with a smile on their face.

great food at low prices. i heard of this wonderful restaurant from an associate at the police athletic league. i was told that the prices were low, and the food was great.

both were understatements. beans and rice were just like you would eat in a small family owned cafe in most towns and cities and mexico. the enchiladas were perfect, and the pico de galo is also wonderful.

miguel and carlos (lunch time) were smiling and fast. the food was hot and delicious, and there was a big meal for a low price.

i went a second time with a friend and he is still raving about this great little place.

this place beats panchos' any day!. best sopes and super nachos in kc!!!!!!!!! if it werent for their business hours (9-5) i'd be in there every other day!

i have had hardshell beef, soft-shell beef and chicken, enchiladas, pork and chicken burritos, taquitos, sausage breakfast burrito all of it is amazing! family who runs it are good people. their salsa is the best around!
