tried two tacos. alpastor and barbacoa. the alpastor was decent, but i prefer mine with a bit of sweetness. some places will have small chunks of pineapple in them, and those i love the most. la tapatia's are very savory through and through. i also prefer fresh onion on my tacos where as la tapatia uses sauteed onions. not a biggie, but a minor difference between them and my preference.
barbacoa taco was very good. well seasoned, very fatty. i'd definitely go back for one of these alone.
