great szechuan. maybe the best, most authentic chinese food in the puget sound area.

wonderful szechuan food! very authentic and they will try to make various dishes vegitarian upon request.

everything about the food here is amazing. though i like their dinner menu better than their lunch menu. their lunch menu is pretty cheap for what you get

great chinese food that has authentic flavor if you want better than takeout quality. took off half a star for the higher than expected price. would go again though

overpriced, but good.. i had a hard time finding a good chinese place when i moved out here from michigan, and szechuan is the best place i've found so far. i will only eat here at lunch time because an entree in the evening is $11+, and that't not including rice or anything on the side. expensive, but overall good food.

try the dry-fried. i really came to love the dry-fried szechuan peppercorn flavored chicken and green beans. the flavor is more intense and the peppercorns are woodsy and have a numbing effect that i really like. reasonable and we like the waiters and waitresses, too!

is it because i'm not chinese?. super bad service. i waited for like 20 minutes and finally one of the servers came up to me and said it will take a while before they could serve me in a way that sounded like i might as well leave. never going back to this place again.

the ladies here were very nice. they handled a large party without notice and served us very good food. they were nice enough to make sone very good recommendations as well. great find.

house special beef tripe. there are no dishes under $10.00 this is a lie… expect to pay and average of $15.00 per plate. well i love szechuan food and the hot is no problem we order four other dishes my wife and guest are chinese so we know these are authentic however the cook has a very heavy hand with the salt, the only thing that burned our tong was the salt, we talked to one of the owners my wife knows them and to our surprise it didn't mater she said that she couldn't do anything about the salt, seems that if you like a large helping of salt this is the place.
we order the food and in five minutes it was in front of us…this tell me the food is pre made not fresh which can be the reason for the saltines it must have been cooking there for hours and condensing the salt.
i will never go there again not so much because of the salt any restaurants cook can have a bad day however the attitude of the owner themselves of not caring enough to even fiend out why is not what i pay for.

the true szechuan. the twice cook pork and empty heart vegetable was authentic as i ever have tasted in the states. it reminded me of the places we would eat in china. i was very pleased.
