if this were a big chain, if never east at taco bell again.. the food here is better than most of the sit down mexican places.
i eat here once or twice a week. chicken tacos and chicken burritos are so good you'll wish you could eat them forever.

meh. i decided to try their take on a mexican pizza. it was terrible. i can't even begin to explain it, except for the fact that it had nothing to it and the taco sauce on top was not good at all. i threw most of it away. my boyfriend, however, got a burrito and it wasn't bad. all in all, i'd be happier at del taco when i lived out west.

we love this place. the whole family (including out 2 yr old!) we rarely go inside, it's always cramped and it isn't the best as far as cleanliness, so we go through drive thru and take it home. it's worth it. prices are good and everything i had has been amazing as far as quick mexican goes. taco sombrero or taco bell? taco sombrero for sure! they have real meat, quality food, and better service. :) my current favorite (and my sons as well) chicken quesadilla. ;)

i have been eating at taco sombrero for over 30 years.  its the best.  if there is a problem its taken care of fast.  sometimes things can happen.  30 years of quality professional service,  very little worry.  try it, anything on the menu,  i've had it all.  so way better then other taco joints.  fresh food,  quality ingredients.  can't beat the taco hat

i always love what i order. chicken soft tacos, bean burritos and bueno dinners. always great, the salsa bar inside is awesome also.
they have a ranch type sauce on the salsa bar you can only get inside. i love it!

horrible! steak bueno dinner with 2 small strips of meat and a small tea for $8.35 is ridiculous. this place is a ripoff. still writing so that the review is at least 140 characters long. there is really nothing else to say. bad overpriced mex food.

i tell you what if you asked me a few years ago, i thought taco sombrero was bland and just ok... i don't know what changed but they stepped up their game and this place is the place for fast food tacos!!! steak burrito is on point and the taco salads are out of this world big!

we have only tried the taco sombrero, pass road location, in biloxi, but it is not available for review on zomato yet.

i'm a fan of chimichangas at any mexican restaurant, so i tried the taco sombrero version, with ground beef. the meat is certainly better quality than another fast food mexican chain. however, chimichangas are usually deep fried or baked crunchy, with queso or white american cheese, depending on the restaurant. this one was soft/semi-soggy, more like a beef burrito. it was a very filling helping, plenty of beef and shredded cheddar. the taste was good.

my hubby and both kiddos tried crunchy and soft tacos. they were good i'm told.

none of us cared for the flavor of the rice. i'd be willing to try a few other menu items here.

taco sombrero is basically a nicer version of taco bell. it's really good. they have a ton of really flavorful sauces you can try. i think some of them they make there. it's a neat, affordable place to try out.

great food. taco hat as the locals call it has great food and a superb choice of sauces and toppings !!!!!! best mexican food on the mississippi coast.

yummy taco sombrero. we ate at taco sombrero for the first time oct 2014. the owner was present. the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. the food was freshly prepared and tasty.
would highly recommend for local mexican food.

authentic mexican fast food!. it's been here forever and always consistent! macho fiesta salad is to die for. it's huge and amazing! the meat tastes superiour to nasty taco bell crap. get extra hot sauce, they come in little cups instead of packets so you can store in the fridge.
