i have already submitted a negative review. however, i thought i would try to give this place another chance. i
really wanted to like this place, but it was worse the second time around. the cupcake flavor was bland to me and the cake itself was dry. disappointed. just goes to show you that it is a brand thing. it doesn't matter that the cupcakes are not all that, this molly lady was on cupcake wars, ergo buy her cupcakes, eat them and pretend that you like them. i would rather give up eating cupcakes all together, then eat at this place again. sorry :(

a little disappointed. i had high expectations considering holly is a cupcake wars champ. i would however, eat there again, if i was at that mall and had a cupcake craving. the yogurt is a no for me though. the consistency is way to soft for me, even for soft yogurt. mochi will stay my yogurt favorite and cami cakes will remain my go to place for cupcakes.

this place is always a welcoming treat while shopping at the town center. my favorite cupcake is the tarimisu with something else cold from the froyo bar. you get the best of both worlds, delicious cupcakes and frozen yogurt. yummo! the staff is always helpful and the services that they provide for events is a lifesaver to planners like me.

i seriously don't understand the craze with this bakery. i got the red velvet cupcake. red velvets are considered the cupcake to try anywhere and it just tasted like a regular bread, or corn bread with some sweetness. it hardly tasted like a cupcake. it might have been a gluten free cupcake, but sweet theory in riverside makes gluten free cupcakes and they are amazing and worth every penny.

delicious cupcakes and great attention to detail! my favorite is the chocolate peanut butter one, but they're all good. they even have boxes you can mix and match minis in so you can try a bunch of flavors.

nice try, but i wouldn't jump over backwards.. i was hardly impressed. a friend and i went to this place because it got great reviews from our other friends. we stopped in around 8pm on a saturday night, which seemed like a reasonable time. they literally had 2/3 of their selection missing from their available cupcakes displayed. when i asked for a red velvet mini cupcake (which is why i specifically came there!) they told me that they were through baking cupcakes for the day and i would have to come back another time if i wanted that one, or another popular selection that was unavailable. so my friend and i took seats, ate our "available" selected cupcakes and while sitting there many, many more customers stopped in, i would estimate between 20-30. this location is in the middle of a town center mall and for them to have a limited selection because they don't want to waste products was just ridiculous. the cupcakes were meh, i wouldn't pay for them, and i am glad my friend splurged because honestly i didn't even get to try what i wanted. i would be just as happy if not more so baking my own cupcakes, as they are only an every once in awhile delight i indulge in.

wonderful. instead of baking a variety of cookies for christmas, we decided to splurge on 3 doz minis. terrific flavors and the perfect size. super nice staff as well.

are you kidding me?. a friend recommended sbh and i call to order some cup cakes - particularly wanted to the mini. they said the mini's did not come in all flavors and since it was small, i went for the classic. oh no -- not available---- so i ordered a dozen of the original .there is nothing to reference the size of any of them with so i did not know how large they were. then she asked for payment ---$35.00!! are you kidding? i finally went to the 3rd ring of hell (the town center) to pick them up and they are big! too big. the classic was what i perfered but could not get them for some reason. i see why there are no prices on the website i saw. they may be the best tasting cupcakes in the world but publix, here i come.

great gift. my wife just got a mixed box for her birthday and shared them with the family. they have a good variety and they were absolutely delicious. the cake was very moist and the frosting was richly flavored. i'll definitely be making a stop in to get some more.

catering. we had sweet by holly do our wedding, we did cupcakes instead of a cake also had them make a 4 inch cake for cutting but the cupcakes stole the show. all i can say is these cupcakes are amazing and this place is so easy to set up catering. we were short on time about 2 weeks out and still had no cake so we decided to do cupcakes. they accommodated our every need we had t he cupcakes delivered and set up it was a small fee for the rental of the stands but other than that super cheap. also made gluten free cupcakes for some guests, and best of all the have military discount. all i can say that these are the best cakes you can get in jacksonville got to try the mint cupcake too.

love this place!!!. i have tried so many cupcake places in the jacksonville area and sweet by holly's is the best by far! i love how so many of their cupcakes have delicious fillings! some of the other bakeries i've been to don't have fillings in their cupcakes which make their cupcakes pretty plain.

i am in love with their raspberry filled, black and gold and strawberry filled cupcakes but all their cupcakes are amazing!

so good!. i stopped in and thoroughly enjoyed my peanut butter cupcake. the cake was moist and delicious and the frosting was very tasty without being overly sweet. i also took some others home and everyone loved them. i will definitely return to try some other tasty treats.

first time customer. very good and especially loved the german chocolate. very cordial service this morning too/nice young man. i will be back!

i understand the hype. here is an instance where i can say a place lives up to its hype. being a fan of the cupcake wars show, i was really excited to try sweet by holly. their prices were actually better than what i expected.. $2 for mini cupcake and $3 for original size and even cheaper when you buy multiple. the cupcakes were so delicious, moist, sweet, and satisfying. the minis give you the chance to try different flavors. sign up for their email list and get 2 free mini cupcakes.. no strings attached!

the frozen yogurt is actually really quite good as well.. probably the best i've had in awhile because they had a lot more classic ice-cream like flavors rather than just all super sweet fruity ones.

excellent, excellent, excellent. all i can say is the best cupcakes i have ever tasted! thanks miss holly! we will be back :)
