overall very good. good value. food was high quality. only complaint is that my brisket sandwich was over sauced. at most bbq places i've been to you add your own sauce, horseradish, etc. yourself or they describe on the menu how it is sauced. here it came with an abundance of tomato based sauce which was too sweet for the sandwich. couldn't really taste the smokiness of the beef. other than that it was great. would definitely return.

fantastic bbq take out!. we had an office party today ( outside in the rain under a covering) and it was great because of the food. i highly recommend the pulled chicken and pork. the baked beans were very good and the corn bread was unbelievable. going to stop and order some takeout to bring home to the kids.

stopped by sweet lucy's for a bite to eat after an archery jaunt. nice setup in a brick building. cute picture of lucy in the entrance way.

ordering was simple, but hard to decide between the mouth-watering fare!

i ordered 1/3 rack memphis ribs, mac&cheese, greens, garlic mashed and cornbread. my honey ordered the brisket, mac&cheese, greens and blueberry cobbler.

ribs and greens were good, but not great. mac&cheese and potatoes were very good. cornbread, slightly sweet, but yummy. brisket sandwich was on point! we will definitely be back.

good stuff. went here a few weeks ago, i'm a bbq nut! this place is certainly better than the average around here. it's a tad out of my way but worth trying

tried something new. i am generally a fan of this place. today i tried the hickory smoked turkey. while i think they could bump up the smoke flavor, i really liked the sauce... more tomato'y than most bbq sauces, but it worked. tried the creamed spinach... cream sauce was a bit thin, but tasty. mashed sweets and mac and cheese always good options. another tasty visit.

so many people have raved about this place, but i wasn't impressed. the meat was good...it was very tender. but it was also very bland. as were the sides. it could stand to step up the game with the seasonings. i like my barbecue spicy...not just heat wise but i also want bold strong flavors. i hate to say it but i'd rather go to famous daves!

my boyfriends obsessed with ribs, so we decided to try sweet lucys. he got the half rack of ribs with 3 sides for about 23 bucks, and i got the pulled pork sandwich with 2 sides for about 9 bucks (better deal for the platter). he loved the ribs especially the bbq sauce and how tender they were. the pulled pork was juicy as could be. neither of us could barely eat the sides, but what we did have was really good. the cornbread is great! i would defintaly recommend this for any bbq lover.

awesome all you can eat buffet every monday! i'm not a big bbq fan, but i find myself stopping by at least twice a month.
