sunny's sushi, steak & seafood house

great sushi - real stuff and a few "mexican sushi" rolls. one of the waiters does really cool magic tricks with cards too! i highly recommend this - even for the sushi connoisseur.

amazing food!

why would they give you a lunch menu and then tell you it's too late to order lunch!?!? horrible place! sushi is okay is it's on sale but definitely not worth the visit if it's not lunch! greasy fries rolls are okay but anything else there is inedible.

my friends introduced me to sunny's 2 years ago and now i am addicted. i've tried other sushi places and they come no where near the experience. the sushi is good quality and so delicious. when i'm craving sushi, i order sunny's no doubt or attempt to try others. yummy in my tummy!

great, and i know great. very family friendly, great staff, very fresh fish. had sea urchin, which is a rare treat. salmon was scottish, another rare treat, and shows their care for the product. scottish salmon has a very buttery taste, and great fat content.

da mama. first time trying this place. was pleasantly pleased. very good service and very good sushi. they even noticed it was our first time there and gave us a complimentary bowl of ice cream. will definatly be back. prices were good too.

loud visit. customer was seated close to register when the owner approched 3 of his ladies and was upset about their machine not working that the owner started yelling at them. customer got up to get owners attention to request owner not yell at emmployees or right by her/his customers but owner looked then walked away. customer requested owner but somehow not available, customer advised a manger that customer wont return until owner apoligise to his/her staff which he caused one of them to cry. and owner should apoligise to customers for causing such a scene. somehow owner still not found. few days later, customer returned to look for owner, which customer was told owner doesnt come in yet. customer returnd week later and reminded owner of this scene. owner doesnt think customer cannot think like this? and doesnt realise the efect he causes and to his customers

first time here was ok, tasty food. but my 2nd time wasn't so great. the red tuna wasn't so fresh. i ordered a tuna sashimi and the color looked a little off.

dissapointed. my first time at this location after enjoying excellent sushi at sunnys west. the rice was hard and didn't taste the same. my roll was falling apart and the service was horrible.

friendly service. delicious food! this is not a 20min in and out restuarunt. each sushi roll is hand rolled after your order. portions are large with some of the cheapest prices in el paso. will keep returning!

(also, their sushi is fancy.) this is a great spot for a quick, affordable, quality dinner on the east side.

way better than driving to sunny's sushi west for mediocre, overpriced sushi.

really good!. good service, good food. i had their lunch special which was a good value and the sushi was very good. the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and i heard them answering another customer's questions as it was his first time trying sushi.

don't let the name fool you. this place has fantastic sushi. if you are a sushi fanatic, you will love this place. the raw fish was extremely fresh and i am a very picky sushi eater. the seaweed wrap was crisp and easy to eat. the sashimi was very fresh and the vegetable teppanyaki was wonderfully cooked. they gave really nice appetizers at the beginning of the meal. the sushi chef was friendly and so was my waitress. i am a true sushi lover. not someone who just likes the cooked rolls. if you are looking for quality fish, this is a great place in el paso.
