coffee and coffee cake!. i knew i had hit the right spot when i pulled into the parking lot thirty minutes prior to opening, and someone was already waiting to eat. unfortunately, i didn't notice that there was a wait sheet so i didn't sign up until several other parties had done so. the caring staff set up a coffee station for their dedicated customers, and i really enjoyed the brew. i ordered the french toast with fruit, and it was quite yummy. however, after staring at a chunky coffee cake throughout my meal, i had to order it to go. even after a night in the refrigerator, it was super moist and delicious. if i lived in west asheville, i could see myself spending many a brunch there.
