meh. with a 4.0 rating i had high expectations, but the service was average as well as the food. tried two appetizers and curry noodles with chicken as an entree. all pretty bland. i may go back but i'll look for other options.

outstanding thai food. my first thought on entering this place was that the decor was so fantastic, the prices were bound to be outrageous or the food was going to be disappointing.

i left neither outraged nor disappointed. in fact, my group and i absolutely loved everything about this place, and i've been back a couple of times since. the menu is huge. the sashimi, the curries, the veggies, and even the tofu all were fresh as can be, well prepared, and delicious.

there are plenty of thai restaurants around, and they do a great job. but honestly, summer summer is the one place i'd recommend over all the others.

this is my first restaurant review ever. but, i find it necessary because this place deserves it. this places gives it's customer great food, great prices, great service, and a clean, modern, and comfy environment. this place is truly one of my faves. moved here 6 weeks ago and i've been there at least half a dozen times. i recommend everything. my favorites dishes ate the summer garden roll, summer roll, tuna carpaccio, yellow curry dish with chicken, pineapple fried rice, salmon in pineapple curry, and for dessert the rice pudding with ice cream. enjoy!

located at the bottom of emeryville's green glass office building on hollis, this thai restaurant is a welcome addition. prices are unexpectedly low for the details in interior design, especially cosidering the happy hour prices between 5 and 7 every evening. with sake cocktails, draught beer, and a somewhat extensive wine list, typical thai dishes get dressed up. the food is good, maybe a little sweet, but quality ingredients and creative presentations make this a definite regular for a local.
