took an hour and they messed it all up the patty isn't cooked. it has to be thrown away. pls initiate refund. this is not acceptable.

they totally failed to heat the chicken and cheese. both the ingredients were cold even after adding special instructions that it is going to be consumed by a pregnant woman. highly disappointed.
