had been here for dinner last night we called and made a reservation and we told no need to make a reservation as on weekdays you will get tables as they is will be no crowd but we still insisted to
make a reservation and specifically told them we
want a table at the penthouse she said she will
inform the restaurant.we reached the restaurant it was packed and we were given a table right near the enterance and told they are no tables free even though we made the reservation we were made a wait for a table to be free after waiting for 30 mins we were given a table at the penthouse.we asked the waiter for the ingredients they put in the mocktails as the was no description on the menu the waiter did not know so we asked him to call someone who knew
waited for 20 mins he kept saying the bartender
is coming 2 mins after 30 mins another waiter
comes we asked him if he knew the ingredients in the mocktail he said yes so we asked him about
the ingredients for all the mocktail he saying mango based mocktail to us it seemed he was just guessing the ingredients.after waiting for
so long we got the mocktails and starters
we were 4 people and only 3 plates were on
bought to the table.for the main course as we
have been here before and the chef has always
made a special aloo gravy for us out of the menu
we asked them to make that one a tall guy who was wearing a blue shirt started
laughing and said our chef has never made this before when we told them it was made on special
request for us before many times that why we
came back here again he said it could not have ever happened.we asked him to call the
chef he calls the manager instead the manager tell us the chef is in the other outlet then we
asked him who is cooking in the kitchen he said
cooks so we asked him to call the cook and
explained to the cook to make it he said he has never got an order for this gravy ever we still insisted and he said he will make it but my mother had to give her name to be told to the cook .all the waiters were not wearing their masks and kept laughing as they came past our table.we
order 2 naans,aloo gravy and a pizza when they
knew we wanted all the food together they got the pizza 1st and the remaining food took 1
hour .when we asked the waiter why it's taking
so long he said you asked for a special gravy out of the menu so it will take long but we did not know it would take 1 hour just to make naans and that gravy .our pizza was cold when the
remaining food arrived when the food came we
asked the waiter what took so long he said the
aloo gravy we told him the base gray will be
ready and they just had to add the aloo that the
waiter( with black stud earings) had so much
guts to ask me can you make the gravy in 10
minutesi said yes i can i'll make it now in the
kitchen he said come make it is this the way a waiter should talk to a customer this was worst
experience we have ever had in a
restaurant.they don't respect their guest and
don't know how to treat them.not one of them
said sorry for the delay and rude behaviour.replying with a sorry after reading this will not help please make sure there is the required change in staff behaviour and service to each and every customer.we noticed people who sat in tables around us leaving huge portions of food and this definately talks about the quality of it.
