undeniably a pricey experience, currently tallying $90...but justified by its boutique nature with all-you-can drink champagne, screwdrivers, fresh squeezed orange juice, or coffee plus a spread including grilled lobsters, american caviar, and king crab legs that far outshine the meager offerings at overwrought spots elsewhere

the sterling brunch - reservations recommended - costs $85/person and - yes, you read that right, $85/person. well, read on to find out why, stop interrupting me with your gasps and omg what did you say?, sheesh! so, not all vegas buffets are inexpensive,

michelin-starred restaurants aside, i've never wanted to try anything more than sterling brunch. watching the worth it guys lick their lips after a lobster tail as they wash down dark pearls of caviar with crystal glasses of champagne unleashed an insatiable lust for luxury, and when opentable didn't have a reservation, i cried harder than an onion-chopping chef who just poked himself in the eye. i sobbed to the reservations person at bally's, and they were able to squeeze us in. i'm guessing i'm not the first sob story they've heard.

you'll regret it. this brunch will run you $85 a head. it would be overpriced at $30 per person. the selection of different foods was small. i didn't try about 70% of it simply because it looked nasty. the prime rib was passable, the fresh fruit quite good, and the desserts very good. the lobster tails, on the other hand, were overcooked pieces of flavorless shoe leather. it's really quite tragic those delicious sea insects gave their lives to be turned into such garbage. same goes for the rest of the seafood. i will say that the service was good and attentive. but $85? never again.

caviar included. the sturgeon caviar is located behind the sushi bar and it must be requested before the lady hands over the golden eggs. sterling has plenty of condiments - belinis, creme fraiche, parsley, fresh horseradish, red onions, and capers. i was in heaven i must have eaten 5 oz all by myself.

the buffet has some of the usual suspects such as prime rib, charcuteries, sushi, fresh fruits and mini desserts. the brunch also includes regular breakfast foods like benedicts, smoked salmon, bagels, bacon, sausages, waffles and a omelet station. i avoi
