view the screenshot below for review... needless to say, no longer a customer. if there was an option to upload video, i can show you the owner calling the customer an a****** on his way out when the fault was clearly his own doing and not the guest. so to the owner at waxhaw, and your lack of etiquette, congratulations on figuring out how to lose business! it's your distasteful etiquette that has spurred what has been a loss of 24 customers vouching to never give you business and counting.. maybe next time you'll handle a situation differently by remembering this is a socially connected world. do to one and you do to many!
