we have been eating here for 10+ years and keep going back. the food is always good and the service is even better. i do wish that the soda fountain was not in the line, but every spring creek is setup like that.

sauce is fantastic. good place to eat.. i've tried the ham and the beef here. both are good quality. i love the rolls. i always have to get an extra bottle of sauce to take home. try the cobbler too if you have room.

very good ribs, but they have these idiot meat cutters who feel compelled to shout what they think are clever things about your order with lots of whooping and yelling. dear god, it's annoying. who knows, it may be company policy and not their fault. anyhow, the food's good.

we had ordered a baked patatoe, which they had not realized they had ran out. we just ordered our next option. no big deal. the manager made our patatoe to go and went out of his way to make sure our experience was satisfactory. which it was thanks to him.

that manager needs to get it together.
i want to come and eat delicious bbq without having to be fussed at for no reason. customer service is key, and whoever that manager was did not seemto care about my dining expexperience

if the employees try to accommodate you with friendly, quick customer service, it's a horrible idea to say thanks or try to tell them you appreciate them. if you do, the manager, chris, will reprimand you and tell you that you are being a distraction. he's super rude.
the food is good, though.

the employees at spring creek are incredible but the manager was super rude to me which ruined my entire experience as a whole

wow, much improved!. let's talk beef, what a great place for bbq brisket, for the home team to meet and enjoy a bite to eat before the movie. it's better then it used to be, so there might be something to it!

inconsistent. sometimes good, sometimes too dry. portion sizes vary as well. one time my take out chicken was nearly incinerated (and meatless) under the skin. bland sides, but great rolls.

this place is okay. brisket and sausage was good. mac-n-cheese was dried out. i went on saturday night and the young staff was joking and playing around yelling across the restaurant. it was like an annoying teenage slumber party.

ribs tough and no flavor. we had the ribs and they sucked. fixins also sucked. the bread was the only item that was good. also the main worker guy was weird. he thought he was the man?

funny how everyone says the ribs are tight but 9 times out of 10 you take one bite and the rest of the meat comes of too. obviously its good if you go there and most nights the lines out the door and the resturants full

ribs. these are the toughest ribs i've ever had anywhere. had to borrow a chainsaw to get the meat away from the bones. if my shoes need new soles, i know where to go.

yuck!. i ate here last night and it was by far the worst bbq i have ever had! their chopped beef tasted exactly like floyd's you can buy at the grocery store for $10 a plate! it was a mushy mess. macaroni had no taste, but the green beans and rolls were good.

i will never eat there again!

big portions of great bar-b-q. very good bar-b-q. never had one problem. always better than average. it would be hard to find better bar-b-q without going on a hunt.
if you want great ribs do the texas - road house, but for very good at a reasonable price this can't be beat.
