best thai food in fort wayne. i just had the best tom yum seafood (my absolute favorite). the food is fabulous. also, the owner is very charming and friendly and greets you with a smile. you feel like you are in a home which abounds with hospitality! everything is fresh here, and it tastes like the ingredients are fresh daily. i feel recharged when i come here, because this food not only tastes good, but i honestly feel like i will live longer :-)

best curry in ft. wayne!. i went to lunch at spice & herb on a recommendation from a co-worker who had been there before. i ordered the lunch special with soup & the eggroll. i have tried every thai restaurant in town and some are okay but the dish here was fantastic. the curry was flavorful, full of perfectly cooked vegtables and meat. the portions are great for lunch, just enough and spiceness was spot on, the flavor and heat were equally matched. i am going back again for another round and trying something new.

i love this tiny place. ask for authentic thai food and the owner will personally see to it that you are amazed! she can satisfy the americanized pallet of your child and give you the authentic fresh colorful thai food. perfectly presented with expertly carved garnished. that i always eat!

just go, you'll love it!. the service was prompt. the decor is great. the owner provides personal service to all guests. tiny restaruant, with superior quality incredients and taste. if you are afraid of spicy thai food, the owner will personally see to it that your taste buds will be happy. this is fresh, clean food with none of that deep fried, oily aftertaste. vegans will be happy here, but watch out you meat eaters will be surprised how much better this place is for their saytay beef. you will never deal with crowds again at 3 rivers festival! this food is amazingly good, and for those less adventurous types... just ask your server for extra mild or no spices on your food. it is still very good. for those who love to have a nice chemical burn on their lip when leaving, they can do that too!

excellent!. best thai in fort wayne hands down. the pad thai is my absolute favorite! the many flavors add to the complexity of the dish. you can tell it's been sweetened by some sort of fruit--not just refined sugar like other places use--which adds even more flavor than sugar. the vegetables within the dish are cooked perfectly and are very fresh and delicious. they complement the delicate noodles. the presentation is very beautiful for each dish. you can tell the chef takes special care in crafting each dish. the owner/chef is very nice and friendly.

love this place. came in today and tried a new dish. mango curry. it was the dish that i've ever had not to mention the appetizers we tried.
this has been a much healthier choice for diet and the staff is very sweet and kind.
would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal.

if you want to visit thailand.... just go to this warm little gem hidden in a strip mall on coldwater. i have never been to a more friendly place. it is very clean and bright, and the spacing is not cramped. what i appriciate most is the flexability, and helpfulness of the staff. everyone has different tastes so i cannot say you will love everything and with the spices the flavor can vary, but it is not like it is a cookie cutter fast food chain although spice and herb has fast and attentive service. i personally am not a huge fan of crystal noodles but the dish i had here i thought was really good. the thai iced tea and coffee are worth a try along with all of the unique desserts. my favorite dish so far is the pad thai yum (and tied with drunken noodle)!!! i have also been to bann thai and do not like their curry as much as s&h. baan thai is good too dont get me wrong it just is not as personal and the atmosphere is dark more like for going to dates. my last area to comment on is the negative reviews. i was not there when those other people were, but the owner when she is there she is a perfectionist and wants to make everyone happy. i am sure and issue she will take care of you just have to work with her things do not change over night. lastly the critic reviewed one of my favorite appetizers the spring rolls which comes with soup for the lunch special which is like seven somehting a great value. i love them!!! they come with a dipping sauce that i feel compleates them. i wish i knew how to make them but that is why we end up there more often when we go out. i hope they keep up the amazing work and i will see them again very soon likely today! =] p.s. i almost forgot i have a really picky friend that hardly eats anything when we go out and not he wants to make this place a tradition!

drunken noodles. this was my first experience with thai food and i'm highly impressed with this place. the restaurant itself was tiny but very clean. my dish was the drunken noodles and i loved it. my boyfriend had the spice and herb chicken cashew nut and it was also very good. i will definitely be eating here again in the near future!
