food here has been consistently good..ok really good! great even! i've had most of their tacos except the lengua, which i will try when i muster up the courage to eat it. you won't find their tacos lacking meat, cause they give you more than enough that the meat falls out of your taco when you pick up to eat it. they also have specials during the week and the weekend. one of their special we really enjoy is their chili relleno. it's stuffed with cheese and veggies. the veggies were cooked perfectly for me, not soggy, but still has it's bite. they have pozole for the weekend and my husband really loves their pozole, although our last visit on monday they had some. their chicken enchilada with a creamy chipotle sauce is pretty good as well. taquitos is good too. i enjoy the horchata here. it's not too sweet like other places i've been too. the staff is really nice and helpful and patient. they also make their own hot sauce. i've tried the orange looking one and i just had a dab of it and it was way too hot for my taste. speedy's has been our go to taco / mexican spot since they opened. don't worry if you see the place empty, the important part is the food is awesome.. but chips and salsa is not free. that's ok the chips is homemade and salsa is good.
