beautiful and well priced food, fun atmosphere, friendly staff, great cocktails. i recently visited the mornington peninsular for the first time and frequented many different restaurants/pubs down there and i can easily say the soundbar was my favourite by far. the food was the full of flavour and the most affordable aswell! i couldn't get over it, around $20 for a main! the staff were really welcoming and the cocktail list was awesome, some i had never had before. the atmosphere was great with the live music and pool table. if you down that way i would definately recommend it!

outstanding service - chef come out of kitchen to share the specials (very passionate about food).. with the manager then recommending his favourites. food came out within 10mins - amazing dishes (mussels & soup). cosy atmosphere, great food & sensational service - will most definitely visit again when i'm next on the peninsula!!

very much feels like a place for locals outside tourist season. great food; parma was one of the best i’ve had and chicken wasn’t the typically thin, overcooked rubbish most places offer.

facing the main road in rosebud is not great but the pub have a nice atmosphere. live jazz music on a sunday arvo, great for a cold ale on the way back home from a day on the beach!

stopped past for a snack and a drink around lunchtime.

friendly staff, only ordered the chicken strips: much larger serve than i was expecting for the price, tasted great.

great atmosphere, live band too!

had a lot of average meals today, but soundbar broke that average streak.
if you're around the peninsula and looking for places with nice food, then add soundbar to your list.

staff were also really nice and let us make a few alterations on our meals.

prices were decent. plenty of indoor and some outdoor sitting. live bands and a super nintendo setup to top it all off!

ordered pulled pork burger.
the pulled pork is very tender however could be done even better.
chips are very nice. for the price, i am not complaining.

just had lunch here for the first time it was good tasty food the stuffed mushrooms was a bit of a disappointment i would call it "topped mushrooms" as they weren't technically "stuffed" and they where small definitely not what we where expecting and not worth 23 dollars and i wouldn't class it as a main because half the plate was justified with salad but anyways the pulled porked burger was really good well balanced with the coleslaw the entree we had was popcorn prawn it was really yummy the sweet potato chips where good although they tasted like the ones in our freezer fantastic atmosphere i love the selection of all the chilli sauces that you can help yourself too i thought that was quite good and different. we can't wait to return and try something else iv given a 4 because we where just not satisfied with the "stuffed mushrooms".

cheap and yummy burgers. real chips. and an amazing side of popcorn prawns, must try! lovely service. can't imagine what it would be like on a nice day, sitting outside!

american-style fried food. not terrible, but certainly not great by any stretch. have not been here on a busy evening, so it was empty and fairly low key for a lunch spot on the weekend. avoid the coffee!

disgraceful !!!
manager/owner is rude... food discusting!!!! bands/music an absoloute joke and triped over band equiptment, not a great set up but if u like the typical bogan cold chisel type with no class this place is for u. never again!!!

really cool place with a great vibe. food was great had nachos with pulled pork(delicious) and trio of sausages. beers on tap were great

loved it!. stopped here for lunch, i had the sweet potato wedges, as i wasn't overly hungry.. and omg! they were delicious! ate them all, there was no way i was leaving them on the plate. my partner had a beef beer which he also said it was the best burger he has had for a while. great atmosphere! felt like i could chill there all afternoon. staff were friendly and provided great service. they set up a tab for us, which was much easier. wish i lived a little closer so i could go there more ofter and try more of the food, such as the pulled pork burger. but just those sweet potato wedges are enough to bring me back.

i have been here twice now and both times the food has been incredible. it comes out pretty quickly and is definitely worth the money that i paid for it. the staff are really nice and the whole atmosphere is just somewhere i want to be all the time. if i lived in rosebud this would definitely be a regular spot.

nye at soundbar was magic. the music by diddy reyes was just fab. the constant food coming around was yummy and the friendly atmosphere made the night perfect. great job guys

peruvian feast. i've never tried food from peru before but i am now converted. the new menu at soundbar is great. lots of choices and i believe good value as well. i especially like the meat & cheese board (although i still haven't tried lots on the menu). you get to choose the type of meat and cheese and when it arrives they are lots of little dishes with tasty accompaniments. very tasty. i'm looking forward to going back and trying some more dishes.
