best breakfast in the area. the eggs are great but the pancakes are ridiculous!!! wish they we're open more often on the weekend and at night, but i guess there is always sophia's on walden.

fabulous food and wonderful wait staff. sophia herself is always there to make sure everything is perfect. highly recommend the thai chicken sandwich. yum! the new sophia's in walden is fabulous as well. the building itself is very beautiful. reminds me of the cafes i used to go to when i lived in boston. sophia's amazing chef daughter seems to be running the show there. i think she is making her mama proud.

something special. we recently moved to mechanicsburg after living in boston, nyc, chicago and washington, dc. to say the least, our palates have been spoiled and we are picky about food. not only are sophia's entrees delightfully tasty, their desserts are delectable, the staff is very friendly and the casual atmosphere feels like home. we brought sophia's chocolate mousse cake, pumpkin tart and apple pie to our (gourmet chef) brother's home for thanksgiving and he is still sending me messages about how wonderful they all were. sophia's on market is really something special!

my view. i have found the restaurant to be outstanding. the food has never been a disappointment. the meats and salads are all fresh and tasty.
the special theme nights that are offered several times per year are worth every dime.

got lunch here today around 1:30 and was surprised to find that i had to hussle to go pick up my food since they closed at 2. got a roast beef sandwich with cheddar on an onion roll with pasta salad side. i was excited to see that the place ha cookies and pastries as well so i took a risk and got a cream puff. first, the sandwich was okay. i can make a roast beef sandwich like it at home and i could tell it wasn't home made roast beef. the roll was good though, good texture and nice onion flavor without being overwhelming. onto the dessert, my favorite part of any meal. i was a little let down. the cream puff was pretty big which i suppose is a novelty but the pastry was dry, the cream was too heavy for a traditional cream puff. it wasn't bad but i don't thinking go out of my way to get food here again. i'll be back again if i'm in the area
