we were a group of 7 and we were offered a seat below the bar, then some one came and said that sound check was in progress we need to change and did not offer any alternative.then we sat in sofa area which did not have reservation tag, but waiter said it was occupied and was not offering any alternative. we kept on sitting and then after sometime he said it is ok, complete insensitive. then we immediately ordered, one of them was pizza. it came after an hour and that also hopeless, no vegies no chicken, worst pizza. we kept on searching for waiter for ordering, spoon etc as they r very busy even to provide customer service. forgot to mention, we ordered apple cide beer, they gave us something else, we had to return the same. such mismanagement. then during billing, i wanted to meet the manager, but waiter was not taking me to him and insisting i pay first, i don't know what he had in mind, i paid and post that he didn't call or introduce to manager, he just pointed, i then went to the manager, he was so unwilling to listen, i was not even asking for discount as i already paid, but no he was so busy that he was not ready to talk. great service soi7 keep it up. bill no lq00049799. so much arrogance of manager and the male waiter
