we went for today’s brunch. exceptional service by sarita.she made sure that the food they serve is up to our taste buds expectation . such services are not seen every restaurants.
their hot chocolate is commendable👌.we noticed that all their staffs are taking much care of their customers.

walked in because we were very hungry. looking at our faces, both gayanand and liam served our soup and pizza in double quick time. had their dark chocolate to top off the dinner. heavenly. must visit. especially those who will die for chocolates.

regarding the restaurant....they need to answer their phone calls!
regarding the delivery agent this is the first time i met such a polite, decent and proactive delivery guy. please encourage people like him!
went all the way back to the restaurant and got the order which restaurant forgot to give.

dear sir
one blueberry cheese cake half kg was placed through zomato on occasion my daughter's birhday at bangalore.
you have not write down "happy birthday" on the top of the cake which i have mentioned at the time of placed the order to zomato but you have not done.

it was up down and i we kept the way it should be but inside everything was spilled we threw in dustbin

absolutely brilliant. we ordered chicken calzone, three egg preparation, sauteed veggies, mashed potato, cappuccino, americans and mocha frappe. everything was cooked to perfection. special mention for sauteed veggies as they were perfectly cooked. we were served by liam and he is super polite and very professional. thank you smoor and liam for the amazing experience.

i went to smoor indiranagar with my 4yrs old daughter today one of the dishes i ordered wasn’t piping hot. suman the waiter apologised and twice told me he will reheat it for me but i declined as i was getting late. suddenly wen i was paying the bill he came with a complimentary chocolate cake a big slice with butterscotch icecream as a compensation for the noodles to be less hot. i was sooooo taken aback and touched by his generosity and he was extremely courteous and smiley. hats off to him and give him 5* for his sweet gesture thank u very very much and this makes us come to smoor again and again for this service and kindness. 😊

having smoor close to the office is an absolute delight knowing that i can stop for my cake cravings at any time during work! sarita has served me a couple of times and has always been helpful with great suggestions. prompt service as well. also, the outdoor seating is quite nice in the evenings when it’s not too sunny!
