smoked paprika

wow! i'm very critical on every aspect when eating out but i was that blown away yesterday that i had to come back this morning to try more! lots of variety and excellent service. i will be back soon

this was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! i ordered scrambled eggs ( for the second time) and it was perfect. the only thing wrong was that the tomatoes sprayed in my face and it wasn't the chefs fault.

for dessert, i shared an orange and almond cake. it was delicious and, once again, nothing was wrong. i would recommend this place because everything is tasty!!!😋😋😋

excellent cafe with delicious standard menu items and unique specials. i have been a dozen times and always find the meals flavoursome, well seasoned and generous in size.

we love the breakfast menu that's offered at smoked paprika; its different, healthy and most importantly delicious. however, as we went during peak hour, we did have to wait a bit for our food. that didn't bother us too much, the food was worth the wait.

i would advise to go first thing in the morning or during lunch to try this place out.

we ordered smoked paprika breakfast, zucchini fritters and creamy mushrooms on sourdough.

after what would have been a massive mother's day for them i turned up for a coffee after they had turned the machine off (was after their advertised closing time which i didn't know at the time...). staff/owner were very accommodating to provide me with an iced latte which hit the spot! also had a very generous serve of decadent double chocolate brownie but because it had goji beries, dates and walnuts felt like i was losing weight while i wss eating it! service was above and beyond most places. well done!

service good and good food

despite having pre-booked, we had to wait almost 10 minutes outside in the cold. initial service was prompt, but my brisket was only just warm, the avocado was not ripe and the feta cheese tasted like blue cheese. the bacon that my wife was served was burnt.
after we had finished our meal we probably waited 15 minutes for our dishes to be cleared and our treats order to be taken.

we went on a very busy weekend and they still managed to get us a table and gave us a great experience

great location with even better food! had the smoked paprika breakfast with a pineapple, orange and mint juice w blended ice and would definitely recommend. friendly staff and quick customer service, would book a table beforehand as it's to be very popular :)

considering it was the busy weekend i had an outstanding experience, the staff were friendly and prompt and the food was amazing.

i particularly enjoyed the pineapple and orange and mint drink and the hungerian goulash is the best i've ever had.

the owners are nicest people and i will definitely be coming back... probably at least 5 days a week!!!

i loved my seat with bright views, because it really took time to enjoy such a big and delicious burger! it was alright to hold the burger with two hands, but my mouth was unfortunately too small to bite the whole burger. i had to try to have it elegantly, then that made me find surprises.

the burger looked like all about meat from any angles, the very thick beef patty made one burger just like two, the smoked bacon couldn't wait dropping. but what surprised me was the smart chef did hide some tasted vegan inside and set them cleverly. the compelling-aroma rocket went perfectly with the strongly-tasted beef and was just under that. and for the bacon, we might need something to make it more flavorful, the answer of smoked paprika was sauteed onion, which was sweet and fully-body. and the cripy and sour pickles in the middle stopped fight between two kinds of meat and three of them made good friends then traveled toghther from mouth to belly.

actually i seldom had burgers before, but l'd love to try more later, because i just realized burgers were not simple things, not just two buns holding some meat and vegetables, but everything should be made matched to each other.

after being refreshed by cool single origin ice long black, i felt i could have another burger in mind, but my filling stomach stopped me. ok, next time!

so happy these guys have moved into rosalie village! welcoming, busy and amazing staff! make a booking i say, and check out the cake cabinet on the way out - take away housemade dobos! loved loved loved our brunch.

i was tempted by so many positive reviews of this cafe so made a special trip for a saturday brekkie.
i was so lucky to have h th e parking spot just right outside it’s entrance.
ordered the pan seared scallops (fist time to see such kind of dish serving in the morning section) to go with a flat white.
coffee came first and the dramanti brew is good enough to match my palate. then, the savory dish came the next. presentation looked good but could be improved because the deco was so symmetric look. scallop’s size seemed slightly small but it came ten of those so it was generous compared to the price. when i mixed the scallop with the sweet potato purée, it delivered a well balanced taste. hero should be zucchini fritter, which was crispy and matched well with the poached eggs with hollandaise sauce. also, the bacon and pistachio crumble made the whole dish to another level.
overall it is an impressive brekkie.
