the rider brought the food in personal/regular backpack. the food should be delivered in zomato’s thermostatic carrier box/ bags. it’s important to maintain temperature of food while delivering specially during this pandemic. zomato is not monitoring the riders and they are at free will.

horrible quality. feeling sick since i had that chopsuey . not at all fresh . literally took medicine to feel better but even the medicine is not working. terrible experience .please don't sell just for sake of finishing your food. the food literally caused digestion problems .
