food is local or orkney inspired. staff exceptional, relaxed but attentive. it offers a unique style of service.

not a massive selection, but was was there was excellent. they are limited on seating and it is more of a bar/lounge setting so make sure you book in advance, but certainly one of the best hotel restauants i've eaten in.
