staff here is most of the time polite but not one of the staff when i came yesterday for breakfast. this rating is for one of the staff (blond short haired female) who was rude. after 30 minutes of waiting, food did not come yet so i asked how much more time and she said about 5 to 10 minutes. after 10 minutes, i asked again and she rudely said, "you see those tickets in line? if you cannot wait, you can ask for a refund and go somewhere else". i'm dumbfounded, what's wrong with asking where your food is? she should have just said, "we apologize for the inconvenience but with the busyness,..." she does not have good customer service, she should not work in this resto that has usually good customer service. train your new hires on dealing with people coz i also see similar comments here about some rude workers. too bad because the food is great, don't let your rude employees ruin your reputation.
