simone's is one of guthrie's little treasures. i really should try more of their menu but it's hard to get past the value and flavors of the biscuit blowout. dishes i see others getting look delicious too though. the atmosphere is comfortable and the service is friendly.

it's okay, but just okay. the potatoes are frozen or powdered it seems. the hamburger steak is pretty good. i suppose the guthrie water literally leaves a bad taste in my mouth. why wouldn't a restaurant filter that water if it has a bad reputation?

great little hometown cafe.  guessing it is known for breakfast, but had lunch and it was great.  chicken fried steak was excellent, great batter with tender meat which isn't always the case with a cfs.  lots of specials listed on the wall.  good place, good people, great food at a low cost, what's not to like?

we live here and wanted to try the new cafe for breakfast. the workers were friendly and service is fast. some places can mess up your meal, but they get it right. we will be back.

i went there for breakfast today and i must say everything was absolutely wonderful. i had the red velvet waffle, which i'm still amazed that they had such a creation at the small diner and the super breakfast combo. very filling, great price, great service.

this is a quaint and welcoming little home-town cafe. the service is excellent, and the food delicious, fresh and hot.
