best bakery in mke. my family has been ordering simma's cheesecakes for years. we even get requests from out of town relatives to bring a cheesecake when we come to visit because they're just that good. i have also tried many different items from the bakery and can say i have never been disappointed. the morning buns are out of this world (they're best early in the morning when still warm). if you're looking for something really special, simma's is the place to go.
