i took my mom for dinner on 2/27/14, everything was fine untill i asked for the check, i saw "hot water" $1.50. the owner is very rude charge for hot water. i used work at the food service for 7 yrs, i had never heard a resturant charge for "hot water " in my life. immediately, i called my waitress to my table, and i called the owener, she said " sorry we have to charge for "hot water, we have to boil it "when you are not notice to the costumer, you are not suppose to charge the costumer. i checked the menu, it does not label the price on the menu plus she argues it is korean way "we boil hot water, and she insists to charge me for " hot water" after the argument. she didn't appologize to her mistakes at all , she said," i had a good day so far, so i'll let it go" very selfish and greedy owner...finally, she took the charge off..really bad attitude...
sorry, when you are not apologize, i pay for the service. whe you are rude to the costumers, your business will decline. your reputation has been really bad.
i refuse to go there anymore, i urge others don't go there for a bad serive and overprice entry.
it is ridiculous!!! you are in the america! treat your costumer nicely!!
here is the conversation the other costumer and the waitress:
waitress: is it everything okay? are you ready for the check ?
customer : no i am waiting for the teriyaki beef or whatever that is...
waitress: oh.... that makes a sense ....
then 5 minutes later, the executive chef came out and checked , then 2 minutes later, sushi chef hold a tray of fresh beef or whatever that is from the kitchen
"when you advitise " endless bbq" you need to refill the empty items for the costumer,never wait untill costumer ask for it."
