sickies garage burgers and brews

the atmosphere, the prices, and the selection of burgers are great. the burgers themselves and the sides weren't the best. but it remains a good place to watch sports or grab a drink.

great flavorful burgers. great burger joint ambience. loved it. good crowd. there was a football game on and it was great for that. service was good.

my group of five walked in on what we were sure was going to be a busy sunday evening and we were sat in a booth right away. service was very prompt, extremely friendly, very well attended, and our server was not only knowledgeable but adorable and i actually would love to have chatted with her more.
our order was placed and with a full restaurant all five burgers came out within ten minutes. we didn't believe the order was ours it came out so quickly.
all in all we ordered a blown tire, mac n cheese burger, spicy crispy jalapeno burger, sickies burger, and a chili cheese fry burger, all were delicious. the jalapeno burger, apparently, has a different person making the hot sauce every night so it varies with degrees of heat; it was very spicy but the ranch sauce on top made it a perfect pairing. 
without going into too much detail, the only thing we were slightly disappointed with was the flavour of the onion rings as they were only ok.
if you go, get the jalapeno cheese curds with ranch dip. they aren't spicy but they are the most fantastic thing you'll ever put in your mouth. just do it.
i absolutely loved this experience and i will be back any and every time i'm in fargo!

best burger joint in town!. great food and lots of beer choices. love coming and will continue.

best burgers!. love eating at sickies. the atmosphere is great, service is usually good, but the options for the burgers are the best. there is something for everyone. i'm going to miss this place when we move.

would definitely visit here again if we're ever back in fargo. great beer selection, delicious burgers, great service! we had 4 flights of beer to be able to try all the local beers we'd never had.

awesome food!. i love the pulled pork and tots with rusty bucket seasoning!

great choices. i really like sickies because you get a lot of great choices. you can have the specialty burgers made up with chicken and that is nice when you always don't want hamburger. i also love the tator tots and you get to choose your seasoning. the rusty bucket is my favorite.

great atmosphere and awesome food. if you wanna try a place with different ideas for a burger, try sickies. they are really good, have a friendly staff and it is a good atmosphere, plus they show like all the sports as well and some ppv events.

awesome place. if you like good burgers and a fun atmosphere, then sickies garage burgers and brews is the place for you. they have different kinds of burgers. personally, i could eat here everyday and not get sick of there food, i personally think it's that good.

awesome food choices!. i absolutely love the sickies menu, you can substitute different meats for the burgers and sandwiches (free for most, a minimal charge for steak upgrades). the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonabl.

sickies garage will repair your hunger. try one of their delicious burgers and you will come back again and again! the chili is fabulous...a little heat but not too much. staff is very friendly and efficient..

love it. great food, very nice selection of beer and a nice atmosphere where you can actually hear and speak to the people your sitting with without yelling to be heard.

first visit. i don't know why it took us so long to try sickies, but it did. my husband and i took our almost 3 year old son with us on our visit. the decor is really neat and they did a good job making it their own. the music was a touch loud, but most places with music have it louder than i like anyway. since it was our first visit i played it safe with my order. since they are known for their burgers, i ordered the mini sliders (lug nutts or something of that variety) with onion rings. my husband ordered the "fargo" burger, which featured barbecue sauce and jalapenos. my son just had mini corn dogs. the waitress was really nice and personable, we got our drinks fast and she was patient when we needed extra time to decide on our food. once we ordered it didn't take long at all to get our food. the burgers lived up to our expectations, the buns for the little lug nutts (or something) was a nice compliment to the small sliders. they were really good and made just right. the onion rings were nothing left to be desired. there was more breading to onion and all you could taste was grease, but that's my personal opinion. my son liked them. my husband had sweet potato fries, which were also pretty greasy, but again i just don't like a lot of grease and that's my taste and not yours. you might love them and not find it very greasy. overall, we would come back. the prices were about right for every other place in town, but at least sickies takes more time to prepare their burgers. it's not pre-packaged and frozen and the toppings are unique to each burger. the music and decor, along with the rows of televisions, kept my toddler well occupied. he jammed to the music, watched some football, and colored while we waited for our food. i'm impressed with the service, their burgers, and attention to kids and all that combined will keep me coming back. i just won't have the onion rings again :)
