the restaurant people were rude in talking and even the zomato rider was talking rudly while asking from him why the parcel is not sealed he said it's not my work it's the restaurant work. and the restaurant people is blaming on the driver is this the standard of zomato during covid no hygiene is maintained

white cocunet chutney was in sufficient, even after mentioning it in the special instruction, reminding zomato executive & reminding the restaurent. need to give more ear to clients requests.
