delivery man refused to come and deliver at home. he asked us to come and collect at some other place. very rude delivery man. unfit for zomato

the food was really bad. paneer was too hard, the baby corn tasted really bad and the food was very oily. very poor experience.

i'm not okay with this order.i ordered my food at 2.20 but delivery is too late at 3.10 (almost one 50 minutes)

my location is hunudev and ordered hotel is akshayam(near me) very close to me

the zomato employee casually said "i have another order.so i'm late due to receive the others order".

but my lunch timing is over.now i got loss of pay due to shift hour lunch.

so i'm expecting refund from you. otherwise i'm not going to order from zomato in future

packaging, quality and food was really good. only the uthappam taste was disappointing.
