i return to this restaurant for breakfast at least once a year for sentimental reasons. it is consistently excellent. in my opinion what sets this place apart from other high end hotel restaurants in istanbul is that its not pretentious. all personnel treat you with warmth and graciousness. you feel so comfortable here, you could be dining in your own home. the ambiance is classically beautiful as always. the spring is the best time to go i think because the gardens surrounding the solarium are exquisite. the waitstaff is helpful and professional, and the food is consistently delicious. the buffet is magnificently arranged, and there is never one tiny thing that is executed poorly, from the fresh seafood, to the array of meats, cheeses, breads, and dessert. i can't state enough how elegant and well managed this four seasons is.
