went there around 5 in the evening on a sunday.. to my surprise the place was empty .. i heard this was one of the best cafe in gangtok. anyway.. i ordered some rum, absorbed the ambience which was lit with the music, chill and rains.. had a pleasant time and left. i did want to try ramen on the menu though.. but wasn't sure if i would get it so did not even ask.

the view is very good and the music is pop and decent . but the service is extremely slow . for a burger i had to wait for an hour and after it arrived it tasted very bad . i literally left half the burger as it was pathetic - the patty was over fried and hard , juicy lucy has mozarella inside patty and not a layer of coleslaw. and noone seems to care if you like the food or not .but this is the general trend in gangtok . food is bad and service sucks. would not recommend this place for food. just go have a coffee with view

awful experience, they made us wait for 2 hours for 2 items. and kept telling us that the items will arrive in 10 mins. awful service. you can't eat wind and hill view and satiate yourself!

food is awesome. we tried chicken momo's, sass and guff special burger and coffee. everything was awesome. best chicken momo's ate yet. hospitality was awesome, they serve with smile. alhough entrance is very narrow and you have to climb minimum 25 stairs to reach here, but when you reach inside you will feel calm and comfortable. it's in main mall road and you can easily find its name written high in the road. do visit this place.

it took single plate of momos i ordered only an hour and 15 mins. while momos weren't half bad and menu is extensive, the time they took to bring a single plate of momos is ridiculous especially when they informed me that it would take 30 mins and they don't accept cards.

wonderful restaurant with a view.
very polite and courteous staff.

food is kinda okay i wouldn’t say the best but very warm staff

we wanted to try a different cuisine so sass and guff was the place to go. they also give ice creams which is really nice but was unavailable that day... ambience is lovely...although finding the place may be a little tricky for first timers. food was good.
