i went to this place this weekend and ordered a few plated of thattu idlis as takeaway. the portion was big enough for rs.50 per plate. sufficient sambar was given. coconut chutney was good but the onion/tomato chutney was tasting pretty raw. no major complaints about the taste but the ghee that was very generously smeared on the idlis did not smell or taste anything close like ghee. the masala podi that is also drizzled on top of the idli was kept in an open box (when i saw it) near the idli steaming area. when going to a restaurant/food outlet in morning, i expect to see neatly arranged tables and well groomed staff. this was a stark miss. the place seemed neat but being a new place, lot of incomplete stuff and so ticking a star off for general cleanliness and presentation.
