we discovered this place with a coupon from zomato. the zomato listing says the cafe opens at 8 am but when we visited around 9:30 a.m. on saturday, the cafe wasn't ready for food service yet. we were told to come back in 20 minutes which was fine. we browsed at the nearby bookstore, hung out & relaxed. we came back a few minutes before 10 a.m. and sat down. we ordered a breakfast plate to share and an omelette. even though we were the only ones there (one other couple came 15 minutes after us), it took 30 minutes for our breakfast to arrive which we though was quite long considering the cafe was not busy. the breakfast plate was pretty standard (tea, hard-boiled egg, cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, honey, jam, tomato paste). the omelette, on the other hand, had red peppers and mushrooms in it, and it was quite delicious. the waiter was very friendly and personable but i think this cafe is more for the brunch and afternoon crowds, rather than the breakfast crowd :) thanks zomato for the coupon!
