awful. we had an awful experience at this restaurant. to begin with, we waited 20 minutes to be seated. i don't mind waiting but the receptionist had no clue for how long we need to wait before we get seated and said," i don't know, we are busy". once we got our table, we placed the entire order including appetizer and main course all at once and told waitress to bring food as soon as it's ready. it took them 45 minutes to serve the appetizer and another half hour to get our food. when our food wasnt served for 45 minutes after placing the order, i requested them to let us know how much longer would it be and then i got the same answer," we are very busy". the other thing we noticed was that they were just paying attention to customers who were "non asians". we felt that waiters didn't care about the service they were providing us. it was an awful and very frustrating experience. i would never go back there. their management is very poor and so is the work ethics of their staff. i wasted my time, energy and 50 bucks on this super awful restaurant.

every time my family and i come here they try and seat us at the 2 top table crammed in next to the bar that is clearly not fit for 3-4 people. we make a reservation every time, and every time we are seated 20 minutes after the reservation time. terrible service but great food, it's a shame! they should really consider hiring new management and hosting staff.

i like thai food. . it's okay so i couldn't say i don't like it but it's pretty bland. the curry seems okay. i poured the sauce all over my pad thai to make it better. not bad. but not great either.

almost naturally, i began my love affair with saigon bangkok by trying their pad thai. i’ve loved it from the moment i tried it! i’ve had it dine-in at the transit location and ordered it to go several times at the niagara falls boulevard location and each time it’s been amazing. the vegan pad thai is made with stir fried rice noodles, tofu, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers (i have those left out as the oils from bells tend to give me migraines), bean sprouts, green onion, ground peanuts, garlic, and stir-fried in vegan pad thai sauce. it’s cooked perfectly, it’s filling, and oh so tasty.

will go again. last night my wife & i had dinner here for the 1st time. other than a 5 minute wait to be seated, the service was very good & our dinners were excellent. prices also seemed reasonable. we'll definitely go back.

poor service. served two other tables that came in after us before we were served. staff never asked us for a drink order. never inquiredif we needed or wanted anything else or if we liked our meal.

i have traveled the world and never had thai food as good as this. the pad thai is perfection in a dish.

some of the best thai food i've ever had. highly recommend the saigon rice.

must eat here. had many appetizers and entrees, all the food is fantastic, eggplant, curries, pad thai, all very good. service is great also.

great little place. this is a great little restaurant- the service, food and atmosphere are all great. i highly recommend starting with a bowl of soup- their soups are incredible!

have had some amazing meals here and have had some blasé ones as well.. bit erratic

watch out!. watch out for the mystery meat and for the 18% surprise charge added to your bill. filthy kitchen. suggest you eat elsewhere.
