rusty bucket restaurant and tavern

i love the rusty bucket for great drinks, good craft brews & consistent pub food. i have a neighborhood location & enjoy the other original columbus spots. unfortunately, i've been to this location at least 15 times (for work & grew up in the area) & you shouldn't judge the chain on this location. i often order the blood orange habanero margarita & every time i have here, it becomes a big production. the same female bartender made it tonight, she seamed put off as usual, it took forever & she under poured trying to fill the glass with ice, again. last time she did, the time before the other bartender had to look it up, it's a menu item. i'm not cheap, happy to pay the $8, but it should be full. service is also consistent with an attitude. the dining room and bat were less than 1/2 capacity at 7:30. don't judge rb on this location. i love the margaritas so much i've actually learned to infuse the tequila at home and fresh squeeze. give the other locations a chance, not this one, roosters & multiple other options are near. only positive, food is about the same as other locations.

if you can stand the mall traffic. been to the rusty bucket a few times, and each visit goes so well that i wonder why i don't stop in more often. they have good service, and the food is enjoyable. i definitely like the friendly atmosphere, and the food/drink selection is quite nice. i really hate navigating in and around the dayton mall, so i think that's what keeps me from coming in more frequently.

food is always good and service is great as well! love the atmosphere and the fact there is an outdoor area as well! if you get the right bartender the margaritas are out of this world!

taco salad. served oin tortilla shell with letteuce, tomato beans, etc.

food was ok . rubin needed more thousand island on it .was 7in our party .was in a room by our selves that was nice .other said food was just ok . not what we expected . service was great

patio dining. from april to october, if we go out we will be outside no matter how hot, if it is over 65 degrees we will be dining outside, now for the downside of rusty bucket, they remodeled now there patio is covered hardly any sun, so they will lose our business till the winter months .

great fish and chip,wings and burgers

my new favorite!. great atmosphere, comfy & inviting; friendly, efficient staff, eager to please; wide variety of delicious, well-prepared, reasonably-priced food; outstanding selection of yummy beers (try purple haze!) just yum!

the rusty bucket is a irish pub style restaurant. but don’t let that turn you off…its a good irish pub. it wasn’t too noisy, the food was good and the service was good even though we had a large group. i was nervous about coming here since i’m not too big on fish and chips

it's bar food, but it is great bar food. it is a tasty and consistent menu.

while the menu has a number of bar specialties like chicken wings and burgers, it is dominated by old-fashioned pub favorites.

good food. i have been to rusty bucket a handful of times and they have always had good service, a nice environment, and nice sized portions of tasty food . but good god do not get the key lime martini.. thick stew like mess.. thats my only complaint .

my first time going was very impressive. i loved the nachos probably the best i've ever had.

mrs. very disappointed, the chili spagetti tasted like canned hormel chili, my husbands fish sandwich tasted like wendys fast food, most definitely not worth the money!

nice lil bar. went for the drinks and was impressed, had a nice selection on tap and it was a very cozy bar to hangout and drink at. didn't get the food but looked over the menu and would go back to give it a try. nice place to grab a drink!

i was a bit let down...but the food was ok. it was the same as every other american food hangout spot (i.e. applebee's). they do offer the interesting fried pickles appetizer...but after i tried them i wished i had ordered something else.
